Our boots are designed to have a long life and be fully repairable. To this end we provide a comprehensive repair service. The following prices include free collections and returns via secure courier for mainland UK addresses. Our skilled bootmaker will expertly repair them to the highest standard. We use only top grade oak bark tanned sole leather along with highly durable stud rubber soles. Our standard half leather re-sole and re-heel costs £70. We recommend a half sole replacement rather than replacing the entire sole unit. Repairs are normally completed within 7 working days.

Please note there is a minimum charge of £70 per collection.
If you would like to receive the returns instruction form and courier label please contact repairs@dewinterboots.com along with your address and contact details. You will need to drop off the parcel at one of your local DPD drop-off points. We will contact you for payment prior to returning the repaired boots.
Please note that we provide a maximum level of compensation of £70 per consignment in the event that they become lost or damaged in transit.
