FREE secure delivery via DPD courier. This is a next day service for the UK mainland.
Europe
£25 carriage for secure delivery via DHL for single or multiple pair orders. Estimated shipping 2 to 5 days.
Worldwide
£30 carriage for secure delivery via DHL for single or multiple pair orders. Estimated shipping 2 to 5 days.
Russia, Belarus and Ukraine: We are presently unable to deliver to these destination countries.
Customs and Tax to destinations outside the UK from 1st January 2021:
EU customers: You will not pay UK VAT. Instead DHL will contact you to pay any local taxes prior to delivery.
Non EU customers: You will not pay UK VAT. You may be liable to some local taxes which will be payable to the courier prior to delivery.
BFPO customers: We will refund the VAT paid on orders to be sent to a BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) address outside the UK on receipt of your order. Simply state in the comments section of the shopping basket that your BFPO address is outside the VAT territory of the UK.
Parcels returned to us due to the recipient refusing to pay local taxes will be refunded less any fees or duties incurred by us in order receive them back.

Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply return to us within 60 days in their original condition, free for UK residents, for a full refund of the price of the item or exchange.
Returns:
The boots are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them to us within 60 days for a full refund of the price of the goods or exchange as follows: The items must be in a saleable condition, unworn and in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged then a total refund is given, including your cost of returns postage if applicable. Returns should be wrapped well. Please include your full name and request for either exchange or refund as follows:
UK returns are Free: We provide a free next day, fully tracked returns service from your local DPD drop off store for all orders over £200. Please email sales@dewinterboots.com and request a DPD free returns label.
Returns from outside the UK: We will supply a DHL returns label for £25 from Europe and £30 from outside Europe. The collection will be from your delivery address. You will be able to reclaim the taxes paid on returned items via DHL. Email sales@dewinterboots.com if you wish to return an item and let us know if you wish to try an alternative size.
